We’re an alternative to traditional treatment. After 30 years in mental health, we realized a few things:
We’re all about community – because people don’t heal alone.
We engage the body – because people are stuck in their heads.
We’re long term – because growth takes time.
We are not a rehab – because not everybody belongs in treatment.
Welcome to the club
We’ve taken “therapy” out of the office and into “The Lab”— a 5,000 sq. ft. space with an indoor basketball court, boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, a media lounge, cold plunge, sauna, and co-working spaces.

Antedote exists to help young men find themselves through a healthy, supportive community of peers and mentors. As they face anxiety, lack of direction, or life’s challenges, we provide the tools and space to grow—together. Pathologies are opportunities for growth, not barriers.
We’re grounded in humanistic psychology and neurobiology, using evidence-based approaches to create the conditions for growth. Antedote draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, somatic practices, and developmental psychology.
Members meet 3-5 times a week for structured group work, supported by experienced guides. We also offer 1:1 coaching to meet both emotional and practical needs, with all guides supervised by Masters-level clinicians.
We use the power of play, connection, and group-based therapies to help young men find purpose and belonging. Our unique approach blends cutting-edge therapeutic techniques with embodied, experience-based learning to overcome the limits of traditional treatment. In our community, members build the strength to face life with courage and steadiness.
Families meet monthly for workshops where they learn new ways of connecting, communicate with compassion, and take emotional risks—because healing together brings real change.
