Our Guides are supervised and supported by seasoned clinicians. _The Role of a Guide

Our Guides play a dual role in a client’s journey, providing comprehensive support through:

  • Individual Therapy Sessions: In these weekly sessions, Guides focus on a client’s core conflicts, therapeutic issues, and emotional challenges. These sessions are designed to help clients break through internal obstacles and gain deeper self-awareness, addressing the underlying issues that hinder growth.
  • Coaching Sessions: Separate from therapy, coaching sessions focus on action. Guides work with clients to review their weekly goals and progress using checklists to track milestones. They help clients stay on course, offering practical strategies for overcoming resistance, bad habits, and procrastination.

In addition to individual sessions, Guides lead Circle Work—group sessions where clients come together to share their experiences, gain perspective, and build community.
