It’s a minimum 30-day process that works with parents and the young person to reduce resistance and clarify boundaries.

_Family Case Management
A dedicated antedote family coach serves as central coordinator helping parents align, de-escalate reactive patterns at home, and interrupt dynamics that keep the family stuck.

In-Home & On-Site Family Meetings (2x/weekly)
twice-weekly facilitated sessions at home or at antedote to stabilize the family system, surface unspoken issues, and create a shared, realistic plan without escalation or shutdown.

_Direct Work With the Young Person
antedote coaches meet one-on-one with the potential client building trust, lowering fear, and presenting antedote in a way that feels approachable and relevant. This is genuine engagement, not pressure.

_Intervention & Transition Planning
Step-by-step coordination of the move into antedote services timing, structure, boundaries, and support so the transition is intentional and supported, not reactive.
05.
_Ongoing Parent Support & Coaching
Real-time coaching for parents on communication, boundaries, leverage points, and self-regulation so momentum holds between sessions.

Create momentum: shift from stalemate to structure, from fear to clarity, from “we know he needs help” to “we know exactly what to do next.”
